Team Manager Data en Informatie

Colruyt Group heeft de ambitie om top te worden in data- en informatiemanagement. Daarom ben ik met mijn team een grootscheeps initiatief gestart om data en informatie in alle lagen van de groep betrouwbaarder en toegankelijker te maken. Cruciale stappen daarin zijn de oprichting van twee kenniscentra en de komst van een state-of-the-art data reservoir.

De kenniscentra

Het ene kenniscentrum specialiseert zich in het capteren, stockeren, beheren en opleveren van data. Het andere in het transformeren van die data tot betekenisvolle informatie waaruit we later inzichten kunnen halen. We hebben al veel geleerd over de juiste tools, methodes en processen, maar ook over hoe je tot een optimale samenwerking en kruisbestuiving komt tussen medewerkers in de verschillende rollen. Dat zal van pas komen bij het opstarten van andere informatienetwerken.

‘Warehouse’ wordt ‘lake’

Bij Colruyt Group zien we grote opportuniteiten om nog meer meerwaarde te halen uit informatie dan we vandaag doen. In een grote organisatie als de onze valt er een massa data te sprokkelen. Daaruit kunnen we nuttige inzichten halen om onze klanten nog beter te bedienen én nieuwe services te creëren. Denk maar aan de Xtra-klantenkaart. Handig voor de klant, maar ook voor onze winkelformules om klanteninzichten uit te wisselen.

 

Om onze data nog efficiënter op te slaan en makkelijk toegankelijk te maken voor de gebruikers, bouwen we nu aan een state-of-the-art data lake voor Colruyt Group. Het voordeel tegenover het data warehouse dat we tot nu toe hadden, is dat er bij een data lake geen informatie verloren gaat door het structureren en verrijken van de data. Dat laatste is trouwens ook erg arbeidsintensief. Het is de bedoeling om van ons data warehouse en data lake samen een soort data reservoir te maken, waaruit onze Data Scientists alle nodige informatie kunnen destilleren.

 

Als we data verzamelen, dan respecteren we trouwens altijd de privacy van klanten. De jongste jaren hebben we onze processen en systemen verder verfijnd en tools gecreëerd die klanten aan het stuur zetten van de data die we over hen bijhouden. Deze transparante aanpak wordt breed gewaardeerd en is voor ons ook een manier om een duurzaam verschil te maken.

Data Provisioning Coördinator

Maak impact bij Colruyt Group en bouw mee aan datagedreven beslissingen!</strong></p><p><br><strong>Wat doe je als Data Provisioning Coördinator?</strong></p><ul><li>Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat operationele <strong>data correct en tijdig in het data reservoir</strong> terechtkomt, zodat collega’s van onder andere Colruyt Laagste Prijzen, OKay en Bio-Planet deze kunnen gebruiken om datagedreven beslissingen te maken.</li><li>Je neemt de rol op van <strong>Scrum Master</strong>: Je verfijnt samen met het team de opdrachten die binnenkomen en plant deze in Jira. Je organiseert daily stand-ups, volgt projecten en operationele taken op en stemt af met project managers en teamverantwoordelijken. Bij obstakels grijp je proactief in, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je dat alle deliverables tijdig en kwaliteitsvol opgeleverd worden.</li><li>Je bent hét<strong> aanspreekpunt </strong>voor stakeholders en management, waarbij je helder rapporteert over de vooruitgang, resultaten en impact.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder management</strong>: Je denkt actief mee over de betrokken stakeholders en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking en transparante communicatie binnen en buiten de projecten.</li></ul><p>Je werkt in Halle en kan tot 3 dagen per week thuiswerken of in een van onze regionale kantoren (Mechelen, Haasrode, Zwijnaarde ...).<br> </p>

As a Data Governance Specialist, you can play an important part.
