As an experienced IT Architect, you enthusiastically put your knowledge and experience to work to further develop IT Architecture within Colruyt Group and to help grow the craftsmanship of our IT Architects.
The VAK Team IT Architecture is part of Colruyt Group IT. We support our leaders and employees in onboarding new IT Architects, focus on the development and growth of the craftsmanship of all IT Architects, and contribute to the further evolution of IT Architecture methodology.
Your responsibilities as a Coach IT Architecture:
- You deliver training sessions in IT Architecture. Together with your colleagues in the VAK team, you also develop the necessary training courses and keep the training materials up to date.
- You coach IT Architects, enabling them to grow in their craftsmanship and to take on their responsibilities with confidence.
- You play a key role in further developing the community within the group of IT Architects. You help organize inspiring events and engaging forums to stimulate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the continued growth of craftsmanship.
- You participate in initiatives and projects. These may include projects focused on developing new craftsmanship and methodology, as well as delivery projects to stay closely connected to day-to-day practice.
You work from our office in Halle and can work from home for up to two days per week.
Profil
- Knowledge and experience – You are a highly experienced IT Architect, ready to use your expertise to further develop IT Architecture within Colruyt Group.
- Communication skills – You have excellent communication skills, which are essential for delivering training, coaching employees, and engaging with other stakeholders.
- Ability to energize others – You are able to get people on board and inspire them, both in one-on-one support and in group settings.
- Sharing expertise – You are passionate about sharing and exchanging expertise. You gain satisfaction from the personal development of colleagues and the growth of craftsmanship within our community.
- Language skills – You are fluent in Dutch and/or English, allowing you to communicate easily with everyone.
