En tant que manager de projet « Innovation », je suis continuellement en quête de solutions innovatrices avec mon équipe : dans tous nos projets, nous concrétisons nos idées dans la vie réelle. L’été dernier, nous avons ainsi développé un système basé sur l’intelligence artificielle qui reconnaît automatiquement chaque variété de fruits et légumes à la caisse. Après avoir testé le système dans son intégralité en interne, nous l’avons implanté dans le magasin Colruyt de Courtrai. Envie de connaître la réaction de nos collaborateurs en magasin ?

En tant que project manager IT, vous êtes le responsible final d'un projet au sein de nos activités de vente ou pour l'un de nos services de soutien. Votre mission consistera à coordonner les équipes multifonctionnelles pour mener chaque projet à bien.</strong></span><br><br><span ><span ><strong>Voici ce que vous faites en tant que Project manager IT</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span ><span >Vous <strong>développez un plan de projet complet</strong> qui définit la portée, les objectifs, les tâches, les ressources, le calendrier et le budget du projet. Coach IT Architecture

<p><strong>As an experienced IT Architect, you enthusiastically put your knowledge and experience to work to further develop IT Architecture within Colruyt Group and to help grow the craftsmanship of our IT Architects.</strong></p><p><br><strong>The VAK Team IT Architecture is part of Colruyt Group IT. We support our leaders and employees in onboarding new IT Architects, focus on the development and growth of the craftsmanship of all IT Architects, and contribute to the further evolution of IT Architecture methodology.</strong><br> </p><p><strong>Your responsibilities as a Coach IT Architecture:</strong></p><ul><li>You deliver training sessions in IT Architecture. Together with your colleagues in the VAK team, you also develop the necessary training courses and keep the training materials up to date.</li><li>You coach IT Architects, enabling them to grow in their craftsmanship and to take on their responsibilities with confidence.</li><li>You play a key role in further developing the community within the group of IT Architects. You help organize inspiring events and engaging forums to stimulate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the continued growth of craftsmanship.</li><li>You participate in initiatives and projects. These may include projects focused on developing new craftsmanship and methodology, as well as delivery projects to stay closely connected to day-to-day practice.</li></ul><p>You work from our office in Halle and can work from home for up to two days per week.</p><p> </p>

Au sein d’un outil de communication omnicanal, vous analysez, développez et testez de nouvelles solutions.</strong><br><strong>Vous rejoignez l’équipe de développement d’applications. Avec vos 7 collègues, vous créez et développez des solutions numériques pour tous types de communications (impression, finition, emailing, archivage électronique, applications web, mobile, etc.). Vous avez l’opportunité de concevoir et de réaliser vous-même des solutions. Vous et votre équipe êtes le moteur de la transformation de la communication imprimée vers la communication numérique.</strong></p><p><br><strong>En tant que Software Engineer, vous occupez un poste passionnant et varié :</strong></p><ul><li>Vous analysez les demandes et les structures de données des clients. Sur cette base, vous concevez une solution informatique dans un environnement de développement classique.</li><li>Vous développez, testez et implémentez ces solutions.</li><li>Vous assurez le support et l’amélioration des logiciels existants.</li><li>Vous êtes responsable du support opérationnel des applications logicielles et de la résolution des incidents. Cela signifie : traiter rapidement et efficacement les problèmes pratiques et les bugs.</li></ul><p>Après environ 2 ans, vous aurez l’opportunité d’évoluer vers un poste d’ IT Solution Analyst. Vous serez formé par un collègue expérimenté qui vous transmettra son savoir-faire. Vos responsabilités évolueront vers :</p><ul><li>Vous concevez des solutions IT répondant aux exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles du client, en ligne avec l’architecture IT d’entreprise et de référence.</li><li>Vous contribuez à la construction de notre paysage applicatif, composé de solutions on-premise, de solutions packagées et de développements internes.</li><li>Vous contribuez au développement de notre architecture de référence en fonction des besoins des clients et en synchronisation avec les évolutions IT générales.</li><li>Dans votre rôle de Solution Analyst, vous contribuez à la gouvernance de l’architecture en participant aux processus de gouvernance nécessaires et/ou aux comités de gouvernance existants.</li></ul><p>Vous travaillez à Haasrode et pouvez télétravailler 2 jours par semaine.<br> </p>
